What we collect
From businesses: name, phone number, business details and the answers you give your AI receptionist. From callers: their phone number, what they say on the call or chat, call recordings and transcripts, and appointment details.
Why we use it
Only to answer calls and chats for the business they contacted, book and remind about appointments, show the business its calls and bill, and improve answer quality for that business.
Consent
Every call starts with a notice that an AI assistant is answering and the call may be recorded. Callers can ask the business to delete their data at any time.
Who we share it with
The business the caller contacted, and service providers that run the service for us (telephony, speech, AI and cloud hosting), under contracts that limit use to providing the service. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Call recordings for 90 days and transcripts for 12 months, then they are deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, and withdraw consent. Write to hello@udharai.com.
