The service
Udhar AI provides an AI receptionist that answers calls and WhatsApp messages for your business, books appointments in the slots you set and passes urgent calls to your staff.
What you pay for
After your free bookings, you pay per confirmed booking the AI makes, or a fixed monthly fee if you choose that plan. Every billed booking is listed with its call, and you can remove any booking that was not real before the bill is final.
Your responsibilities
Keep your timings, fees and answers accurate, and keep your hand-off number reachable. The AI repeats the information you give it.
Not medical advice
The AI receptionist books appointments and shares the information you provide. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and passes such questions to your staff.
Stopping
There is no contract. You can stop forwarding calls or pause the AI at any time; you pay only for bookings made up to that point.
Liability
We work hard to answer every call correctly but cannot guarantee that every call is answered or every booking is error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous month.
